Returns & Exchanges

We accept unworn bikinis bought from relonactive.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

Please reach out to our customer support team at support@relonactive.com and they will assist you with getting your return started. Once your return is approved by our team, you will receive a return form to fill out and include in your return package. Please note all international customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs of their return order. 

Yes! US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace the package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package. Not returning within the US? No problem. Just keep a copy of your return tracking number until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend purchasing insurance in case there are any issues in transit.

Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to support@relonactive.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.
