The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

United States: You can expect your package to arrive in 8-14 working days.

United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 10-18 working days.

Others: 15-20 working days.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and ship speed but we always aim for our orders to be shipped out the following business day. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

Log in to your online account to be taken directly to your order history page where you can check the status of any order you have placed. If you are already logged in, click the name greeting in the top right corner of the page to be directed to your order history page.

Don’t have an account? Refer to your order confirmation email receipt which contains a link that will take you to your order status page.

Please email support@relonactive.com with your name and order number and we will assist with locating your package.

First, go to your cart button. Once you reach the cart page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the left-hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply to see the price drop reflected

First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out to support@relonactive.com for assistance.

Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

First, please check that the email address was entered correctly. Then, check your Spam and Promotions folder to see if it landed there. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at support@relonactive.com with the email address entered and we will assist you.

If you placed an order during a promotional period and forgot to apply the code, please reach out to support@relonactive.com and we will adjust the price of your order if it abides by the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Before filling any chargebacks with your bank, please email us immediately at support@relonactive.com and we will assist with an order cancellation as soon as possible.
